Go to Devices > Printers, add the printer's IP (or pair a SUNMI built-in printer), print a test page and assign it to a station. Most ESC/POS printers work out of the box.
Open Menu > Modifier groups, create the group, set required / optional and min / max, add options with their price - then attach the group to any product. It applies to POS, kiosk, QR and online at once.
On the bill, tap Split and choose the number of guests; each share is computed to the haléř with VAT correct. Take each share by cash or card. Split by item is on the roadmap.
Tickets already on the board stay there. The board updates live over WebSocket and falls back to a 30-second poll; the moment the connection returns, it re-syncs.
Request a refund from the order history; a manager or owner approves or rejects it. Every refund is recorded against a named user and shows up in the day's report.
